TILT Autonomy builds the hardware and software that lets aircraft and boats fly and sail themselves. Small team, real systems, out in the field doing real work.
Write the autonomy software that runs on the aircraft and the vessels — embedded, real-time code close to the metal, the control and estimation logic that makes a plane or a boat do the right thing, and whatever tooling you need to prove it works.
Build the internal tools that keep TILT running — BOMs and procurement, inventory, label printing, dashboards, and putting Claude to work on the tedious parts of the day. You own them end to end.
We care more about what you can build than where you learned it. No specific degree is required. TILT Autonomy is an equal opportunity employer. Some roles require U.S. citizenship or permanent residency because of the work we do for the U.S. government.
